This program automatically converts recorded TV DVR-MS files created by Windows XP Media Center Edition (MCE) into Windows Media format files using custom quality settings (video frame size, frame rate, bit rate). The program’s multi conversion capability lets you select many files at the same time and automatically create the queue of files for conversion.
